Second studio album by Bette Midler, released in 1973. The album reached #6 on the US albums chart and was later awarded a Gold Disc by the RIAA. The album was released on CD for the first time in 1989. A remastered version of the album was released by Atlantic Records/Warner Music in 1995. It should be noted that the medley "Uptown" written by Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil (which has been credited by Thomas McKinney in error on many album jackets) and "Da Doo Run Run" written by Ellie Greenwich, Jeff Barry and Phil Spector also contains a short part of the song "Don't Say Nothin' Bad (About My Baby)" written by Gerry Goffin & Carole King and is found between these two titles. Earlier issues of this album omitted the track on both labels and jackets. Later issues had the title included on labels and even later issues finally credited the title on the jacket.
