GAYLE is a young artist who was raised in Dallas. When she was 10 years old, her mother drove her to Nashville once a month (10 hours each way) and two years later, the family eventually made the move to the music mecca Nashville in order to pursue her dream. The songwriter first attracted attention with her debut single release “dumbass” proving that she can write hits. The song was featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist for the last week of January 2020. With her fifth solo single “abcdefu”, which was releases on August 13, 2021, GAYLE announced that she signed a record deal with Atlanta Records. She was the supporting act for the November/December 2021 tour of Winnetka Bowling League, which encompassed 16 shows throughout the United States. As for her style, she has said: “I write passive aggressive pop songs.” Influences include Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone and Adele. Songwriting is special to her and she even prefers co-writing to writing on her own.
