EsDeeKid Biography by David Crone Rebel Merseyside rapper EsDeeKid makes his unique presence in the U.K. scene felt with glowering, weighty vocals and blown-out, bassy productions. He landed the U.K. underground hit “Palaces” just a few months after his 2024 debut. Finding a blunt middle ground between jerk and trap, the rapper made his full-length debut with his thunderous 2025 mixtape Rebel. The release continued to have an impact months after its release, and he followed it with the single "Century." Delivering narratives of high-level shooting and trap house dominance, English rapper EsDeeKid elaborated on his Merseyside roots with early tunes like “Apathy” and “Gracias,” immediately attracting attention with his blunt vocals and ear for gloomy, weighty productions. He gained immediate attention with July 2024’s “Palaces,” a militant, skittering anthem that soon racked up several million streams online. His blaring, bass-loaded sound continued on tunes like “Ferragamo” and “Warmin’ Up,” before he landed his biggest hit to date alongside fakemink and Rico Ace on 2025’s blunt-force “LV Sandals,” his first track to pass ten-million streams online. The Merseyside rapper’s debut tape landed that June. Rebel was a 20-minute barrage of bass-led anthems and monolithic verses featuring frequent collaborations with Rico Ace and Fimiguerrero. The hazy single "Century" followed in October.
