Ella Henderson

Gabriella Michelle "Ella" Henderson[1] (born 12 January 1996)[2] is a British singer-songwriter. She was a finalist on the ninth series of The X Factor in 2012 and finished in sixth place,[3] despite being a strong favourite to win.[4] She was subsequently signed to Syco Music.[5] Henderson's debut album Chapter One was released on 13 October 2014[6][7] and peaked at number 1. Her first single, "Ghost", co-written with Ryan Tedder was released on 8 June 2014 and went straight to number one in the UK, remaining in the Top 5 for eight consecutive weeks.[8] Her second UK single, "Glow", was released on 5 October 2014[9] and debuted at number 7.
