A music video to accompany the release of "Bright" was first released onto YouTube on February 12, 2015 at a total length of three minutes and 37 seconds.[1] Sydney, Jamie, Noah and Graham are shown packing up for a camping trip. They arrived to see their friends and hiked up to their campsite. The group is excited to see the night sky. Nearing the end, at nightfall, they hiked up to see a meteor shower. The video ends with the word "bright" being shown as a constellation.
The third single from Talking Dreams, the four Sierota siblings co-wrote this with their producer-composer father Jeffery David, who also manages his kids. "It's really fun and convenient to have our dad be our favorite collaborator," vocalist Sydney Sierota told The Examiner, "because it wasn't forced - it was just natural for all of us to write together." The other co-writer was Detroit singer-songwriter Maureen "Mozella" McDonald, who also co-penned Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball."
