This song by YNW Melly and his fellow Florida rapper 9lokkNine features plenty of talk glorifying guns. The song was originally released on December 19, 2018 on 9LOKK's Christmas mixtape, Lil Glokk That Stole Khristmas. It was rebranded as an YNW Melly cut while the rapper was in prison facing double murder charges. The track was brought to major streaming platforms in August 2019. "223's" started climbing up the charts after Melly challenged his fans to upload dance videos for the cut.
