The somber/melodic two-part: “Walk Em Down (Don’t Kill Civilians)” features Metro’s most frequent collaborator, 21 Savage alongside singer and poet, Mustafa, where both talk about different things that happened in their lives. Firstly, 21 Savage opens the song with the common dark piano-influenced he usually uses in “Walk Em Down”; where he talks about his murderous gang-affiliated lifestyle, also presenting his confrontation against his oppositions and use of guns as well. Secondly, over another piano but softer beat, Mustafa close the song with “Don’t Kill Civilians”; he indicates mostly the opposite of what Savage was saying before, introducing his struggle that he had in his hood and how he had to continue despite all the murders that occurs there. The song features additional vocals from fellow frequent Metro Boomin collaborator Gucci Mane, which would sample it at the beginning of the song with some lines that touch closely on the theme of “Superheroes and villains” — the lines were taken from Mane’s 2007 documentary, Hood Affairs.
