Here, Future and Justin Bieber join Don Toliver to rap and sing about their sex, drugs and money lifestyle. "Private Landing" starts off with the chorus where Toliver talks about being high ("off a bean", i.e. Ecstasy). During the first verse, Toliver continues to get high even though some of his ladies don't like it. The title comes from a sudden glimpse of maturity. "Private Landing" marks the fourth collaboration between Don Toliver and Future, following NAV's September 2022 song "One Time" and the Cactus Jack artist's appearance on the 2022 Future and Metro Boomin's tracks, "Too Many Nights" and "I Can't Save You (Interlude)." This is the third time Toliver has worked with Bieber, following their collaboration on the 2021 Skrillex song "Don't Go" and the Biebs' 2022 track "Honest." 206DEREK, Cardo, Omar Guetfa, and Rob Bisel produced the track. Their instrumentation fuses acoustic sounds, dreamy synths and a mellow beat that establishes a laid-back ambiance.
