Born in Kansas City, Missouri, to a Puerto Rican family, Eladio Carrión represented Puerto Rico at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games and at the 2011 Pan American Games as a swimmer. After 2012, he shifted his focus towards his artistic pursuits and started his career as an influencer on digital platforms like Vine and Instagram. He gained a considerable following by uploading humorous videos. In 2015, he collaborated with Flowsito to release his first musical project, "2x2." Two years later, Carrión officially debuted as a singer with the release of "Me Enamoré de una Yal," a single featuring Ele A el Dominio and Ñengo Flow. The song gained enormous popularity on SoundCloud and Spotify, reaching top positions on both platforms. He released this collaboration with Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny on March 17, 2023. Eladio Carrión and Bad Bunny both rap about a hot girl who likes the lavish life. But the thing that got everyone talking is Bad Bunny's subtle hints that he's actually speaking about Kendall Jenner, the American model he's rumored to be dating. Bunny drops two clues - one where he says that the sun in Puerto Rico is hotter than the Phoenix Suns (the NBA team that Kendall's ex-boyfriend plays for). It is the second collaboration between him and Bunny, following "Kemba Walker" from Carrión's 2020 Sauce Boyz record. DVLP and Xay produced the track. "El Conejo and I haven't done a song since 'Kemba Walker.' That's why we hesitated to release a song," Carrión told Apple Music. "But when you hear the beat, you'll say, 'Okay, I understand why they chose this song.' It's one of those fun themes that he and I do."
