Track 12 on Vultures 1, “Carnival” (initially “H00LIGANS”) is a newer version of the song “Carnival” which was originally previewed at the Las Vegas Vultures Rave on December 15th, 2023. This version was previewed at the Vultures Listening Party held in Chicago’s United Center on February 8th, 2024. This song features a new choir background, new instrumental, an altered Rich The Kid and Kanye verse, and entirely new feature by Playboi Carti. This version of the track was played at the February 9th Vultures Listening Party at the UBS Center in New York, after Carti made a surprise appearance on the stage. Kanye West also samples his own song “Hell of a Life” in this song due to the original sample by Ozzy Osbourne not being cleared announced via a public ouburst which Kanye has thought not to be written by Ozzy himself but instead a celebrity handler. The Carnival Pack EP Cover which the song is featured on, has an album cover of a ‘Inter Milan Ultra fan chanting the chorus of the song. A group of 'Inter Milan fans sung the backing chorus of the song; An interpolation of Rich The Kid’s Chorus
