Track 4 on Sexyy Red's third mixtape, In Sexyy We Trust, is a collaboration with Drake. The pair are tight; in August 2023, Red joined Drake on his It's All a Blur Tour as an opening act, and later that year guested on his single "Rich Baby Daddy." Plus, they regularly show appreciation for each other on social media. Drake's verse were the first rhymes he dropped after his feud with Kendrick Lamar came to ceasefire. The song's a two-beat beast: It starts with a heavy, bass-driven beat by Tay Keith before switching to a more melodic one by Metro Boomin halfway through Drake's verse. The Metro Boomin section samples the producer's beat titled, "BBL DRIZZY BPM 150.mp3," where he encouraged fans to roast Drake. "U My Everything" is a love song, but these two aren't looking for forever. In her verse, Red spits about how things are moving fast but she's down to ride for a few months. Drake comes in with some dirty talk, but then gets real - he's stuck in his city and can't, well, you know... He throws out some vacation spots for when they link up again. The real juice comes toward the end of Drake's verse when he addresses the "BBL Drizzy" meme started by Rick Ross and picked up by Metro Boomin. The "BBL Drizzy" meme is a two-part internet joke that pokes fun at Drake's alleged plastic surgery and fondness for women who have undergone Brazilian butt lifts (BBL). It all began with Rick Ross playfully suggesting Drake had plastic surgery in his diss track "Champagne Moments." Metro Boomin then released "BBL DRIZZY" (with "BBL" referring to the Brazilian butt lift procedure). He even encouraged fans to use the beat to write diss tracks aimed at Drake, sparking a viral internet challenge. This drama unfolded right before Drake collaborated with Sexxy Red on "U My Everything." Drake attempts to set the record straight, but in a way some found strange. He claims he only knows the famous Houston-based BBL surgeon Dr. Calvin Jung because he paid for so many women to have the procedure. Weird flex, but Drake assures Red that she doesn't need any such enhancements.
