WGFT" unites Gunna and Nigerian superstar Burna Boy, fusing Atlanta trap with Afro-fusion grooves. The title, short for "We Getting F--ked Tonight," says it all. The song's message is a blunt and unapologetic declaration of this intent. Behind the curtain, Atlanta producer Turbo is on familiar ground. He's been Gunna's sonic shadow for years, helping steer albums like Wunna and DS4Ever straight to #1 on the Billboard 200. Here, Turbo creates a moody, piano-driven instrumental layered over a trap beat. Shottie, a Georgian-Armenian producer with a résumé that includes Polo G, Roddy Ricch, and G Herbo, lends additional production muscle. "WGFT" is from Gunna's sixth studio album, The Last Wun, released on August 8, 2025. The album features guest appearances from other African stars like Wizkid and Asake, and blends these Afrobeats elements with Gunna's melodic Atlanta trap style.
